This space is where I share ideas, mental frameworks, and useful tools for becoming the best version of yourself. For me, it comes down to three steps: identify your values, align them with optimized actions, and execute with clarity and purpose.

BuildingStatz is based on video game principles, where you grind to gain experience points for skills you care about. I’ve spent the last 13 years leveling up my capabilities in time management, health, fitness, and high-performance habits. But no one thrives on 100% “try hard” all the time, there’s value in trying softer, letting go, and being open to receive.

I’m Kazinsky – 29 years old, female, U.S. I started life with years of sexual abuse and have spent a long time learning what relationships and connections truly mean. A side effect of that trauma was dropping out of high school early and feeling useless, like I had nothing to offer society.

That feeling drove me to chase technical skills and intellectual achievements. I earned a BS in Biological Engineering, an MS in Mechanical Engineering, and a PhD in Chemical Engineering. On paper, I had collected an impressive set of accomplishments, but to my surprise, I still felt the same heaviness.

Through my scientific PhD journey, I became more spiritual, more philosophical, less absolute. I began to realize that the relationship I had with myself mattered a lot more than the one that I had with the world. No matter how impactful or useful I could become to society, it wouldn’t change what I felt on the inside.

That shift is what brought me here, to share what I’ve learned about navigating inner blocks, creating meaning, and building a life that feels whole from the inside out.

If any of this resonates with you, I’m happy you’re here. Please feel free to explore my writing and share what’s on your heart. Maybe we’ll come up with an even better idea together 🙂
